Who We Are
Anthony Desiatnikov
Anthony Desiatnikov brings over 20 years of hands-on expertise to Legacy Craft Saratoga. With a deep specialization in high-end finish carpentry, custom high-end tile work, luxury bathroom and kitchen remodeling, and structural repairs, Anthony leads our projects with precision and care.
Having successfully owned and operated his own construction company in Hawaii, he also honed his skills in a New York factory mastering lean manufacturing techniques for Murphy bed assemblies. He further brings a decade of advanced experience in high-end tile installations, including intricate glass mosaics and Schluter Systems.
As the son of a seasoned high-end builder, Anthony carries generational knowledge and a true passion for craftsmanship. His technical mastery and proven leadership form the strong foundation of our commitment to delivering exceptional quality and timeless results.
Maria Papli
Maria Papli brings more than 15 years of high-level corporate leadership experience within the Microsoft ecosystem, with expertise in executive business development, sales strategy, and operational management. She complements this strong foundation with four years of hands-on specialization in refinishing and restoration, along with professional certifications in Six Sigma, COPC, PMO, and Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training.
As the daughter of accomplished business leaders — including her father, who held senior international roles at DHL in security and operations before serving as Risk & Security Manager at IKEA in Russia — Maria brings inherited entrepreneurial insight, strategic vision, and a passion for process excellence. Her unique blend of corporate acumen and creative craftsmanship is instrumental in driving Legacy Craft Saratoga’s growth while upholding the highest standards of quality and service.
